How do I use Military Bay USA Bridge?

What is the difference between Find Services, Resources, and Find Organizations?
Find Services is a guided questionnaire for people looking for help. Resources is the full searchable directory of programs and services. Find Organizations lists community partners, nonprofits, and businesses that serve the military community — useful when you want to learn about an organization directly.
What does Immediate Assistance mean?
Immediate Assistance is for urgent or crisis situations — including suicide prevention, emergency financial help, food insecurity, and substance abuse support. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For the Veterans Crisis Line, dial 988 and press 1.
What is EFMP?
EFMP stands for Exceptional Family Member Program. It is a Department of Defense program that identifies and coordinates support for military family members with special medical or educational needs.
What is Military Family?
Military Family is a combined option for spouses, children, and other dependents of a servicemember. You can also choose Military Spouse or Military Dependent if you want to be more specific.
What is the difference between Verified and Endorsed?
Verified means the organization passed TBDA's vetting process. Endorsed means TBDA supports and is connected to the organization, but it has not gone through full independent vetting. See our About page.
What does “near MacDill AFB” mean?
This option helps find resources close to MacDill Air Force Base or other military installations in the Tampa Bay area. It is optional — you can also filter by ZIP code or county.
What is a military dependent vs. EFMP enrollment?
A military dependent is a child or other dependent of a servicemember. EFMP (Exceptional Family Member Program) enrollment is a separate designation for family members with special medical or educational needs who require coordinated support.
How do I download my search results?
